After School Care - Safe & Fun
Keeping your child active, happy and engaged through fun skill-building activities is what we do best!
We provide Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) for children aged 5-12, Monday to Thursday from 3:30pm to 6:30pm. We understand how hard parents work, so we’re here to help! That’s why homework assistance and tutoring options are included in what we do to take the stress off your plate, giving you more time to relax and enjoy precious moments with your children at home.
Our after school care program allows kids to explore a wide range of extracurricular activities to help develop new hobbies, build confidence, and make great friends along the way.
While sports is at the core of what we do, we go beyond that to cultivate curious minds with an enriching program balanced between brains and brawn. We encourage kids to explore science projects, arts and crafts, and exciting new games, fostering creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning.

Booking Process:
To secure a spot for your child(ren), please use the booking calendar provided to register and pay a deposit ($5 per day booked). Once the deposit has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation on the bookings you have secured. If there is no available spots on your desired date, please register in waiting list here.
*Please note your deposit is used towards your GAP payment with us, and is not an extra fee.
If you haven’t enrolled with us in the last 12 months, you will need to enrol with us here.
Action plans are required for children enrolled with medical conditions diagnosed by a registered medical practitioner including asthma, diabetes or a diagnosis that a child is at risk of anaphylaxis.
Pricing & Payment
Full costs of our School Holiday Care is $35/day (without CCS). After CCS Calculation, we will email you invoice of GAP payment. You pay as little as $5/day if you are qualified for the maximum 90% CCS. Payments are required at least a day before attendance. The credit in your account can be refuned at the end of school term.
Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations within 24 hours will result in your deposit being non-refundable, we also mark this as an absence in attendance for Centrelink records. Should a medical certificate be provided to us for your child’s absence, we may be able to refund gap payments in some circumstances.
If a cancellation is more than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit (credit) in your account will be used for any future bookings, or can be refunded at (minus a $1 per day/per child admin fee).
Deposit: A credit will be applied to your account for future use, but if requested will be refundable (minus a $1 per day/per child admin fee).
