Catering for beginners, right up to advanced fitness levels. There is a range of classes to choose from with all classes running for 45 minutes. Personalised guidance from a trained personal trainer in a group environment.
Cost will be just $8 per class.
Available Classes will include:
CIRCUIT TRAINING: A combined strength and cardio program using all major muscle groups for a total body workout. Separate beginners’ and intermediate sessions.
BOOT CAMP: A combination of strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns using all our functional training equipment. Separate beginners’ and intermediate sessions.
BODY PUMP: Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and produce lean body muscle conditioning. Separate intermediate and advanced sessions.
HIIT TRAINING: Stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Movements are big involving every muscle working together, and intervals are short (less than a minute) so you can give max effort. Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels – combined session.
SUPER SENIORS: For our older members (who are young at heart!), our Super Seniors classes offer gentle and light paced activity that is tailored to individual needs, but in a group. Increase your overall fitness as well as improve mobility and posture.
