LITTLE SPORTS PLAYGROUP
WE TEACH KIDS THE FUNDAMENTALS OF SPORTS, IN A FUN, SAFE AND ENCOURAGING ENVIRONMENT. DESIGNED TO BUILD YOUR TODDLER'S FINE MOTOR SKILLS, SELF-ESTEEM AND TEAM SPIRIT WITH ALL FUN AND PLAY.
All our activities stimulate brain function to help with generating new brain cells. They reduce insulin resistance, reduce inflammation, and stimulate the release of new blood vessels in the developing brain. Other benefits include the development of balance, muscular strength, flexibility and hand-eye coordination. We are all about preparing your little one for a healthy and fun lifestyle.
We have so many exciting activities that are used in the program, including:
- Gymnastics activities
- Ball throwing, kicking, batting and catching (soccer, basketball, cricket, baseball)
- Parachute activities
- Hoop exercises
- Baby obstacle courses
It's also a perfect opportunity for mum groups or dad groups to have weekly gatherings and make playdates for their little ones.
