LITTLE SPORTS PLAYGROUP
WE TEACH KIDS THE FUNDAMENTALS OF SPORTS, IN A FUN, SAFE AND ENCOURAGING ENVIRONMENT, WHICH IS DESIGNED TO BUILD THEIR FINE MOTOR SKILLS, SELF-ESTEEM AND SPIRIT.
All our activities stimulate brain function. They reduce insulin resistance, reduce inflammation, and stimulate the release of new blood vessels in the brain, which in turn develops new brain cells. Other benefits include the development of fine motor skills required to start playing sport, a child’s stability, control over their movements, co-ordination, muscular strength, balance and flexibility - preparing them for more complicated sporting activities.
We have hundreds of activities that are used in the program which include: Gymnastics activities, Sporting activities (ball throwing and catching, parachute activities, mini golf, hoop exercises , simple obstacle courses, basketball, soccer, running and jumping activities.
It's also a perfect opportunity for mums group to have weekly gathering, and playdates for the little ones.
