Multi Sport School Holidays Program
Our Large Indoor Sports Centre is the perfect place for your children over the School Holiday period. We’ve plenty of kids activities to try out at our awesome indoor playcentre and it’s all in one program!
Sports: Soccer, Basketball, Bubble Soccer, Cricket, Ultimate Frisbee, Dodgeball.
Arts n’ Craft: Pictionary, Kaleidoscope Scratch Art.
Space Jump Inflatables: Dedicated jumping castle area with wipe-out, cliff jump and many other inflatable fun.
Laser/Battle: Dedicated obstacle course area for laser tag and nerf games, as well as laser equipped dodgem cars area for some bumping action!
Bubble Soccer: You can go upside down if you like and bump other bubble balls.
We cater our activities each day to the kids attending, so our staff really do listen to makes sure everyone has a enjoyable and safe experience.

Pricing:
Springvale Indoor Sports is an approved provider under the Department of Education, therefore we can offer our School Holiday Program families CCS (Child Care Subsidy). With CCS, the cost of our program could be $10-$25 per day (Gap Payment) out of pocket, dependant on your CCS Eligibility.
Full costs of our School Holiday Care is $85/day (without CCS)
Gap Payment can be paid via Direct Debited from your Account. Please find estimate of gap payment per child per day as the table.

Late Pick-up Fee: Pick-up after 4:40PM will incur a $30 late fee, and pick-up 5PM onwards will incur a $50 late fee.

Booking Process:
To secure a spot for your child(ren), please use the booking calendar provided to register and pay a deposit ($10 per day booked). Once the deposit has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation on the bookings you have secured. If there is no available spots on your desired date, please register in waiting list here.
*Please note your deposit is used towards your GAP payment with us, and is not an extra fee.
If you haven’t enrolled with us in the last 12 months, you will need to enrol with us here.
Action plans are required for children enrolled with medical conditions diagnosed by a registered medical practitioner including asthma, diabetes or a diagnosis that a child is at risk of anaphylaxis.
Payment
After CCS Calculation, we will email you invoice of GAP payment. Payments are required at least a day before attendance. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your spot without any refund of deposit for that day. The credit in your account can be refuned in the first week after school holiday.
Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations within 72 hours will result in your deposit being non-refundable, we also mark this as an absence in attendance for Centrelink records. Should a medical certificate be provided to us for your child’s absence, we may be able to refund gap payments in some circumstances.
If a cancellation is more than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit (credit) in your account will be used for any future bookings, or can be refunded at (minus a $1 per day/per child admin fee).
*Should a forced shutdown/lockdown occur due to Covid-19:
Deposit: A credit will be applied to your account for future use, but if requested will be refundable (minus a $1 per day/per child admin fee).

Lunch Orders
Lunch can only be ordered online for $8.

- Pack3: Margherita Pizza Sub with Salad
- Pack4: Beef Party Pies/Sausage Rolls (4 pcs) with Salad
- Pack5: Dumplings (8 pcs)
- Pack6: Nuggets (4 pcs) & Chips with Salad
** Salad includes: carrots, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and Italian dressing
** All packs include a cup of fruit salad!
Our COVID-19 Policy
We would like to assure our customers that a FULL REFUND will be processed on bookings cancelled due to government enforced restrictions. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
Upon entry, Parents are required to wear masks and Sign In / Sign Out their children at reception.
Cancellations made by you, outside of the government restrictions on our school holidays operations will be charged as per our normal policy. Thank you for your understanding!
